SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Custom clothing and pre-order items require additional production time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

 

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Canada: 3–7 business days

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

 

Custom & Pre-Order Items

Custom-made and pre-order products are created specifically for you and may require 2–8 weeks for production before shipping. Once your order is ready, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information.

 

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package's progress.

 

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. TiffDeo is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to assist in resolving the issue.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At TiffDeo, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide high-quality products and exceptional service. Please review our policy before making a purchase.

 

Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are:

  • Unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

  • Returned with all original tags and packaging.

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.

 

Exchanges

We gladly offer exchanges for eligible items due to size or defects, subject to product availability. If your preferred item is unavailable, store credit or a refund may be offered where applicable.

 

Custom Clothing & Pre-Order Items

Because custom clothing is made specifically for each client and pre-order items are produced exclusively for your order, all custom-made, personalized, and pre-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item. We will review your claim and work to provide a suitable resolution.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or denial of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom-made clothing

  • Personalized products

  • Pre-order items

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items
